Museum Passes & Library Services

Museum passes are now available!

Ask a staff member about borrowing passes to the following exhibits:

Ukeleles

  • The library has five ukeleles available for lending to patrons. They are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • You must be at least 10 years old and have a library card to borrow one. You can place a hold on it, but you must pick it up at the Coplay Public Library. It must be returned to the staff desk at the library; please do not place it in the book drop.

  • Only one ukelele per person can be checked out at a time. It can be checked out for three weeks and can be renewed unless there is a hold placed by another patron.

  • You are responsible for the safe-keeping and return of the ukelele in good working order. You are responsible for any damage.

  • A ukelele kit includes the following items:

  • Ohana soprano ukelele

  • Hal Leonard Ukelele Method Book 1

  • Ohana CT-22 Electric Tuner with instructions

 

Computers

  • The library provides six computers that offer Internet access as well as the Microsoft Office suite.

  • Computer sessions are two hours and are first come, first served.

  • Users are responsible for damage to the library’s hardware or software and for compliance with the library’s Internet Use Policy.

  • Staff can provide assistance as necessary and as time permits.

 

Free Public Wi-Fi Access

  • The library provides free wireless Internet access for users with portable computers/devices capable of receiving wireless signals throughout the library. Please note that the wireless network is an unsecured connection; it is the responsibility of the laptop/wireless device owner to provide antivirus and firewall protection when using the Internet via the wireless network. All users are expected to use the library wireless access in a legal and responsible manner.

  • Please stop at the desk for the account username and password and to let staff know you’ll be using the Wi-Fi for usage statistics.

 

Printing

  • You can print documents and photos in black and white or color. You are responsible for all pages you print, so please check the print preview or ask for assistance before you print.

  • Pay for your prints at the front desk.

  • Black and white copies are 25 cents per page.

  • Color copies are $1 per page.

 

Copying

  • Staff can make black and white or color copies for you.

  • Pay for your copies at the front desk.

  • Black and white copies are 25 cents per page.

  • Color copies are $1 per page.

 

Faxing

  • Staff can fax documents for you. You can also have faxes sent to you via the library. The fax number is 610-262-4937.

  • Sending a fax costs $1 per page. A free cover sheet is available upon request.

  • Receiving a fax costs 25 cents per page.
